In her own words, “As a coach, my goal is to help clients gain the self-awareness and skills they need to increase their confidence, influential or assertive communication skills, and gain clarity in all areas of personally and professionally.”
Rebecca believes that coaching is not giving advice or instruction but actively inspiring them to get to their goals. “Some of us naturally coached without knowing they were coaching. I believe empathy drives our core to support and serve others,” said Rebecca. This way, clients have the right opportunity to gain self-awareness and the skills they need to reach their goals.
